1.3 If you play our Games at a third-party SNS, we will be able to access, collect and store information about you such as your name, email address, sex, age and any other information that the SNS allows us to access. The categories of information you share with us will depend, in part, on the permissions you grant us and the privacy settings you have established at the SNS where you access the Service. We do not offer an "opt out" option for specific fields that are shared by the SNS where you access and play the Game(s).
1.4 If you play one of our Games via an Affiliate Site, we will collect and store certain information about you that you provide directly or through the Affiliate Site (such as your name, email address, sex, age and any other information which you provide).
1.5 When you use the Service, we will collect and store information regarding your use of the Service.

How long we keep your information
20. We keep your information for a reasonable period after you play a Game or your Account terminates or is suspended for any reason. After such time we will, subject to clause 21 below, delete your information and we will not be liable in any way for the deletion of such information.
21. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be retained for legal and accounting purposes. We may also retain details of Accounts we have terminated or suspended for legal and security reasons. If you have sent or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it.
Disclosure
22. You acknowledge that Our Website may be hosted on servers located outside New Zealand, including in America, and that accordingly your personal information may be transmitted to an overseas server, but only for the purposes set out above in clauses 10 to 12 (inclusive).
23. The following may be "public" information:
23.1 Your first and last names and Profile picture on the Service and posts inside any of the forums. Search engines may index this publicly available information.
23.2 Your user ID number used to identify your Account and your Profile will be public and will appear in the URL of your Profile page, but will only permit access to information that is considered public Profile or that you have designated as "public" in your settings.
24. In relation to Games:
24.1 in most Games, your friends will see your name, Profile photo and descriptions of your Game activity;
24.2 in many Games, friends and other players will be able to see your Profile. For example, any other player may encounter your game profile, if you are playing the same game and you take such actions as commenting on the forum, or appearing on the leaderboard at any time;
24.3 in certain cases in Games your Profile will show your User ID. This may allow others to view the public information associated with your Account. Other users may also be able to send you Game requests or even friend requests through the related SNS' communication channels.
25. By claiming your Voucher for Real Goods under the Claim Now tab on the rewards page, you provide your consent for us to pass on your personal information to our Affiliates for the sole purpose of administering the Voucher. You acknowledge and agree that:
25.1 the Affiliates will administer the use and collection of your personal information in accordance with the Affiliates' privacy policy; and
25.2 we do not have any liability in relation to ensuring that the Affiliates use the information solely for the purpose of administering the Voucher and exclude all liability in this regard.
26. We will share your information (in some cases personal information) with third parties, that is parties other than us, in the following circumstances:

After clicking on one of these advertisements, you will no longer be on our Site hosted by us or a partnering SNS. To properly credit your Account with Virtual Currency and to prevent fraud, a unique identifier, in some cases your user ID number, will be shared with the offer provider.

Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and user ID number for the SNS from which you access our games (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.
36. You may change your privacy preferences at any time, by visiting your account setting tab on the my ikemu page or by visiting the "options" or "settings" page within the relevant Game.

Access to information
33. Users in certain jurisdictions have a right to access personal information held about themselves. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with applicable law.

You can request access to all information we hold about you and correct it if it is wrong in accordance with applicable laws. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
35. If you no longer want us to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to privacy@ikemu.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and user ID number for the SNS from which you access our games (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.
36. You may change your privacy preferences at any time, by visiting your account setting tab on the my ikemu page or by visiting the "options" or "settings" page within the relevant Game.
